🗓️ Booking Requirements

 ⚠️ Who Should Not Book Body Contouring Treatments

At Zivva Beauty & Aesthetics, your health and safety come first.
Although our body contouring treatments are completely non-surgical, they may not be suitable for everyone.
Please read the following carefully before booking your appointment.

🚫 Please Do Not Book This Treatment If You Are:
• Pregnant or breastfeeding
• Under 18 years of age
• Living with heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, or circulatory disorders
• Wearing a pacemaker or have metal implants in the treatment area
• Living with epilepsy or seizures
• Diabetic (unless you have written medical clearance)
• Experiencing active skin infections, rashes, or open wounds in the treatment area
• Living with liver or kidney disease
• Currently receiving cancer treatment (chemotherapy or radiotherapy)
• Have had recent surgery or liposuction (please allow 3–6 months or as advised by your surgeon)
• Taking blood-thinning medication or have bleeding disorders
• Recently had Botox, fillers, or similar aesthetic treatments in the same area (please wait 2–3 weeks)

We’ll review your goals, discuss your medical background, and recommend the safest and most effective options for your body type. 

 🗓️ Booking Requirements

• A £20 for a single treatment and £50 for a block bookings. 

non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• Your deposit will be deducted from your total balance on the day of treatment.

• The remaining balance must be paid in cash at your appointment.

Please note: All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

⏰ Arrival & Lateness Policy

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first appointment to complete your consultation and consent forms.

• A £10 late fee applies if you arrive 10 minutes late.

• After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change, but please be mindful of our time and other clients.

• To reschedule, you must give at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Same-day reschedules will require a new deposit.

• No-shows without notice will be charged the remaining balance and blocked from future bookings.

🎁 Bundle Packages

All bundle sessions must be completed within 4months of purchase.

After this time, the package will expire and remaining sessions will no longer be valid.

🦠 COVID-19 Safety

Your health and safety are our top priority.

We have implemented strict cleaning and hygiene protocols to protect both clients and staff.

Upon arrival:

• Please wash or sanitise your hands.

• Face masks are required (please bring your own if possible).

• A temperature check will be taken before treatment.

To maintain safety:

• No guests or plus-ones are allowed during appointments.

• All tools and treatment areas are deep cleaned and sanitised after every client.

If you feel unwell or experience symptoms such as cough, fever, fatigue, shortness of breath, or loss of taste/smell, please contact us immediately to reschedule.
